01

Course Aim and Objectives

Every successful course starts with a specific Aim. What should the learner be able to do after attending this course?

From the initiation of the project, the Aim will be agreed by all parties. The Objectives are the stepping stones that allow the Aim to be met.

02

Workbook

The workbooks provide multiple resources during the course.

They give the technician detail on the subjects covered; provide tasks that the technician must complete during the course; provide a source for results to be added; and finally prove to be helpful reference material when back at work.

03

Supporting PowerPoint

This does not mean ‘Death by PowerPoint’.

The slides used during the courses compliment the training and are used to highlight sections, provide details on what each section covers and where necessary provide images that would not be seen on the vehicle.

04

Trainer Guide

The trainer guide provides the trainer with all the information they need to run their courses successfully.

This includes:

  • Timetables
  • Question and Answers
  • Aims and objectives for each section.
  • Additional information on specific tasks and what the group should achieve.
